5-Axis High Speed Machining Center -  5-axis high speed movable-bridge machining center specifically designed for high speed machining of composite materials and light alloys, providing exceptional motion dynamics to ensure high productivity. This technology allows us to manufacture complex custom masters and plugs. Custom fiberglass and carbon fiber parts are simplified with our 5-Axis CNC Machine.  

Build Quality – The Ares monobloc structure allows for a large machining area without sacrificing rigidity or accuracy. The Ares can be used to accomplish any mold making or part trimming task quickly and efficiently. An automatic, pneumatic braking system included in the machine locks axis movement when B or C axis interpolation is not needed, giving the system valuable rigidity for even greater precision.

The Power of  Innovation – This machine is capable of rapid speeds of up to 80,000 mm/min, allowing it to move quickly across its large work area. It is also equipped with a vacuum table measuring 4,800 mm x 2,600 mm (188.98” x 102.36”) with a Z Axis stroke of 1,200 mm (47.24")
